Population Connection Action Fund, an international non-profit with headquarters in Washington, DC, brought FLUIDITY to Columbus, Ohio to explore non-traditional art-centered actions to engage the public, secure Congressional allies, and provide needed resources to support Women's Reproductive Rights through international family planning programs.
