Tania Bruguera hit my radar a few years ago. Bruguera utilizes art as political effectiveness and has the receipts to illustrate the power of her works, both socially and politically. She calls her work Arte de Conducta – an art tradition that she established herself. This tradition employs the use of political tactics, recontextualizing myriad materials, and public social behavior. I’ve heard that she’s establishing an institution of Artivism?? Yeah, I’d love to chat/collabo with this lady. Where you at, Tania? Cuz I need some pro development on how to un-f/abolish these exploitative inhumane systems – Capitalism and W Supremacy (I don’t wanna write nor say the whole word cuz I feel like I’m uplifting it further into the universe... arghhhhh).
